Briggs & Riley's 'Simple as that' guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for life. They will continue to repair your bag even if you decide to purchase a new Briggs & Riley product with the latest performance innovations.
Naturally, the Briggs & Riley guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning due to odours or stains, nor does it cover the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/or its content. If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, we suggest that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport.
If you choose not to do this and instead wish for us to repair your bag, we will be happy to do so at no charge. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.

Three fast and easy repair options that will ensure your bag lasts a lifetime:
1. Do-It-Yourself: Take the repair into your own hands by ordering one of Briggs & Riley's DIY repair kits to help you save on time and avoid freight costs. Order kits directly from Briggs & Riley at the following link: Briggs & Riley Repair Kits
2. Global Repair Network: Send or bring your bag to a local Authorized Repair Centre. They are located throughout the world. Find a repair centre at the following link: Find an Authorized Repair Centre. (You will find that Urban Traveller, in Burlington, Ontario, is listed as an Authorized Repair Centre in the Global Repair Network.)
3. Send it to a B&R Repair Centre: We'll repair or replace damaged parts with the closest matching part of component and colour.
Simply fill out the form on the Briggs & Riley website link below to obtain an RA number. You’ll be given an RA number immediately, as well as the address to ship your bag. (Urban Traveller, in Burlington, Ontario, is one B&R Repair Centre that you can ship to.) This service is for Canadian residents only. We ask you please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for the repair and return of your bag.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to us, however we will return the favor and ship your bag back to you free of charge. Please remove any power banks from your bag before you send it to us.
